SPACE FOR RENT IN DARLINGHURST

The Recordstore is an established business (6 years) on the border of Darlinghurst and Surry Hills, located within the fashion and arts precinct of Crown Street.

We are leasing a 40 square meter showroom and an adjoining 15 square meter garage (with direct street access - pictured third below)

The showroom has a Goulburn Street entrance right next door to the infamous Pablo’s Vice Café (pictured second below) and directly across the road from the even more infamous Lounge Café. It comes with a large skylight providing beautiful natural light and a working air conditioner.

The space is currently occupied by a pop-up fashion store (pictured). It is possible to remove the wall between the two rooms (rear mirror hides the doorway) with little effort should the space be required for a single purpose.

The entrance is shared as common area with the Recordstore (located through an internal door on the right as you walk in, extending behind the Cafe.)

All offers will be seriously considered but we have to say that food and drink are not high on our list of potential neighbours as they would require a change in use DA.) Think Gallery with adjoining work space, bicycle showroom with workshop etc.

Rent is $750/week including GST and all outgoings, subject to negotiations.
